Non-profit corporation jointly owned by Regina and Moose Jaw since 1955 (corporate form since 2016). Treats Buffalo Pound Lake water; plant sits about 30 km northeast of Moose Jaw. Undergoing a major renewal project.
Distribution
Treated water is pumped over 60 km into Regina’s five reservoirs; three city pumping stations pressurize more than 900 km of water mains (city materials also cite an extensive network of over 2,000 km of pipe in broader system descriptions).
